Stepping into a world of tranquility is what the Urban Temple is all about.

Life is happening so fast, hectic and chaotic. It looks like everybody is always running for something. Some people even forget to breath properly. Seriously. And that to-do list, is that ever ending? Working as a psychologist for many years focusing on burn-out I see so much suffering around stress related issues that I felt the call to create a place where in the midst of all that turmoil you can hang-out, relax, cry, laugh and super charge your battery. The Urban Temple has such a high vibe and loving energy. It is the perfect place to leave the demanding world outside, close the door and take a moment to empty your mind, transmute emotional baggage and breath in that good old prana to replenish your soul.
